What does the software do?

Our software is a tool to help physicians manage their patients. It is a secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud platform. You can track patient files and appointments and manage the marketing aspect of the business, all in one easy-to-use software. In addition, patients can log in with their own information to view appointment times, renewal dates and follow ups and other information.

How do I verify a patient?

It’s easy: Go to verification website listed on the medical card or recommendation form, input the patient’s ID (issued by the state) and their patient number, which is also located on the recommendation form. It only takes seconds!

Is Dr. GreenSoft HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We take HIPAA security requirements very seriously, and this software will keep all your patients’ information well protected. The data is encrypted and the information is backed up in case of emergencies.

Where is my data stored when I use this software?

We use a cloud computing system. That means your files are not stored on your local hard drive—rather, they are stored online. This is great for a few reasons: first, it won’t take up storage on your computer, and you won’t have to worry about losing information due to a hard drive failure. You won’t have to worry about backing up your data, because it is done automatically for you by the cloud service. And most importantly they are kept HIPPA compliant and you can access the files from anywhere with your log in.

What are your patient appointment management tools?

Every office comes with an appointment widget that can be easily integrated with your website. Select business hours and frequency of appointments. Also patients can log in to their personal online portal to schedule an appointment, select type of service desired or even request a videoconference with the doctor. In addition, our software offers the option of SMS text notifications that will send an automated alert to patients or doctors phone.

Can I turn the SMS text notifications on and off?

Yes. Our software offers SMS notifications can be managed on both ends. The doctor may turn SMS notifications off or on for his or her patient, and the patient can also control the settings from their online account.

Can I customize my software to match my business branding?

Yes, it is possible for you to upload your own logo to the software to customize it as your own. Please request a quote.

How do I know if this software is right for me?

It is free to start using the software. It is also free to use while you service low volume of patients (under 30 patients a month). We want you to succeed in your business and thats why we eliminate the fees for low volume users.

How much will it cost?

Will I have to sign a contract?

No, you won’t have to sign a contract or pay cancellation fees if you decide to stop using our software. You can cancel at any time free of charge.

Do you offer tech support?

We understand how important it is to have the software work without creating delays in a business environment.
We take this very seriously and making sure there is no downtime. All data is being automatically backed up and its encrypted. You can DrGreenSoft worry free. We offer support during your business hours. However it is fair to mention that we have never experienced any downtime.
